If you have PayPal Payment issues:

Some customers have experienced issues with PayPal payments, we have made PayPal aware of this. If you just signed up and payed via PayPal, but don’t have immediate access to membership content, there may be a temporarily hold on the account.

If this occurs, you can try to log out and log back in. If that doesn’t work, please wait and check back to see if you have access, if you have not gained access within 24 hours, your PayPal Payment failed to process.

Often times it will seem as though your Paypal payment went through, when it did not, as you will be able to login to the site, but won’t have access to the member content.

Here is how you can confirm your payment/membership status easily…

  • The easy way to know if your payment went through or failed – if you do not have access to the service you tried to purchase within 24 hours.
  • You can also confirm your payment/membership status this by going to your “My Account -> Subscriptions” page which is found on the top right of our website when you are logged into your account, it will show no active memberships if your payment failed.
  • If you have no access to the service, check your Paypal account and you will see the payment failed to process.
  • Contact PayPal if you still need assistance.

SOLUTION:

If the PayPal payment failed to process, you have the option to pay using our secure credit / debit card method on our site via Stripe. Since you already have a login, use the email and password you created, add the service to your cart and checkout via Stripe. The credit card system is much easier to use, you will get right into the service after you make the purchase!
