The service is very straightforward and easy to follow, even for beginners.

Follow the trade alerts that are sent via email and SMS text add on (which we recommend having until we launch our app in a couple of months).

Watch the Daily Analysis Videos, posted daily on the Main Feed (time may vary). You can access the Main Feed by logging in to the website and clicking on the “Membership” tab.

There are Live broadcasts bi-weekly on Mondays 2pm ET. If you open them in YouTube, there is a live chat box on the right, where you can ask questions live to Gareth.

If you do not see the email alerts in your inbox, please check your spam / junk / promotional email folders. If you find them there, mark as “not spam” or “not junk”.

**Please do not use a work or university email address as your email on file, as they have strict spam filters and our emails will likely be blocked entirely. It is best to use a simple gmail or yahoo account.

Most members from most countries get our SMS alerts with no issues. If you are not getting our SMS text alerts, please go to your “My Account” page and verify your phone number and country code are correctly selected. If the number is correct in your “My Account” settings and you are still not getting the text alerts, please contact us.

We do not attach the links to alerts because they are more likely to get marked as spam when including a link, therefore not attaching the link is for the benefit of our members. We advise you mark our website as a favorite on your mobile device and computer for easier access.

When you purchase a membership on our website you are granted access to that service for a full month from the day you join. For example, if you join on Tuesday, the 15th of November at 2pm, your membership will renew the following month, December the 15th at 2pm ET.

BEFORE joining our services, take note of the simple cancelation and membership management policy…

Once you join any of our services, you are purchasing access to that given service for a full month from the day you joined. You can cancel any time during your month, canceling will stop any future renewals and discontinue your membership at the end of your month. Your monthly subscription will renew/be charged automatically each subscription period, unless you terminate it prior to your monthly period expiring.

Your monthly subscription begins the day you signed up to the service and renews automatically a month from that date. You can cancel/unsubscribe any time prior to your next monthly renewal date via your  “My Account” > “Subscriptions/Edit Your Subscription” page found on our website once you log in to your account using your unique user name and password.

Canceling your service so that you are not charged is your sole responsibility and all you need to do is click the cancel button found on your “My Account” page. We are in no way obligated nor do we express the ability to honor requests of cancellation via email or other means. Email providers are often unreliable and messages can be filtered by spam folders which we have no control over. Therefore, canceling your membership is YOUR sole responsibility and by entering into any of our services you are expressing your understanding of and taking this responsibility upon yourself to cancel should you not want to be charged again. We are in no way obligated nor will we be held responsible should you not cancel your account in a timely fashion as you the user have full control over this process.

Cancellations take effect as of your next billing date, which is noted on your Subscriptions page. As previously stated, fees will not be refunded or prorated. You must cancel your subscription BEFORE it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees for the renewal term to your credit card. Our membership system is fully automated and the renewal dates are clearly displayed to you, so there is no confusion as to EXACTLY when you will be charged on your renewal should you not cancel prior. Once you cancel, you will have access to the service until your month time period runs out.

We do not offer free trials or refunds, therefore once you sign up for a month, you are committing to the month and all the benefits that come with that.

If you sign up and find that the service is not for you (likely your account is too small, you have a hard time following simple instructions on when to buy and sell, and/or you aren’t following the rules laid out by the head trader), then simply cancel before your renewal and you will not be charged for the next month.

We do not offer any “free trials”  or “passes” to our services, all memberships grant you access to the service you purchase for a full month from the day you join. Once you join/purchase, you are consenting to the very simple and common monthly membership process.

Some customers have experienced issues with PayPal payments, we have made PayPal aware of this. If you just signed up and payed via PayPal, but don’t have immediate access to membership content, there may be a temporarily hold on the account.

If this occurs, you can try to log out and log back in. If that doesn’t work, please wait and check back to see if you have access, if you have not gained access within 24 hours, your PayPal Payment failed to process.

Often times it will seem as though your Paypal payment went through, when it did not, as you will be able to login to the site, but won’t have access to the member content.

Here is how you can confirm your payment/membership status easily…

• The easy way to know if your payment went through or failed – if you do not have access to the service you tried to purchase within 24 hours.
• You can also confirm your payment/membership status this by going to your “My Account -> Subscriptions” page which is found on the top right of our website when you are logged into your account, it will show no active memberships if your payment failed.
• If you have no access to the service, check your Paypal account and you will see the payment failed to process.
• Contact PayPal if you still need assistance.

SOLUTION:

If the PayPal payment failed to process, you have the option to pay using our secure credit / debit card method on our site via Stripe. Since you already have a login, use the email and password you created, add the service to your cart and checkout via Stripe. The credit card system is much easier to use, you will get right into the service after you make the purchase!

The average number of trades per week is 1-2, but since cryptocurrencies all move together, it is likely that for example, there could be zero trades for 2 weeks, then 4 trades in one week. This still creates an average of 1-2 trades per week. A Pro Trader has discipline and does not force trades as this leads to losses, instead they focus on quality over quantity.

Gareth uses TradingView for viewing charts, but it is not a broker.

We recommend platforms such as Coinbase or Coinbase Pro, Kraken, Gemini, or Kucoin for crypto trading. Binance can be fine as well.

Stops are based on the Confirmation Principle, which is a key aspect of our Methodology. If you have not learned that yet, then we would suggest just following the alerts, if anything changes with any position, he will always post it to the main feed right away. So you do not have to worry about setting a stop. Also, make sure to watch the daily videos every day as he goes over everything important there as well. In addition, Confirmation can only occur the day after the stop price is hit. Therefore you cannot set an exit. To learn this, Gareth teaches it in the “ELITE KEYS TO UNLIMITED SUCCESS” Webinar. Otherwise, just wait for the exit alerts from Gareth as he will alert you when he sells. Lastly, if you have any questions please ask them to Gareth directly during the next Live Broadcast, the dates and times will be posted on the Main Feed.

Every trade and updates to any trade is posted immediately to the Main Feed of the service. You do NOT need to ask us if anything has changed with a position, all you need to do is check the main feed. The open and closed positions feeds are updated every week or so, but the Main Feed is always LIVE, so please refer to the Main Feed if you are ever wondering if a position is still open or has closed. Also make sure you watch any videos posted to the main feed as they will provide you with great insight and answer any questions you might have.

For trading cryptocurrencies only the minimum starting account size is 5k, for swing trading stocks the minimum is 10-15k, and for day trading stocks the minimum starting account size is 25k.

The percentage of portfolio is just that. If you have a $100,000 your crypto portfolio and are entering 2.5%, it would be $2,500 USD

Gareth will provide percentages to use for each trade.

The average is the average price entry of Gareth’s total position. He accumulates a full position slowly, so it is the average price of that. Also, please note, if Gareth is adding to a position at a lower price, than the % of that position relative to the overall portfolio will adjust accordingly. The closed positions page reflects Gareth’s average price.

On the Main Feed of your service, you will find all the details of each trade alert. If you ever have any question about any position, simply check and/or use the search feature for the alerts on the Main feed, which is always LIVE. If you do not see any changes then you can assume nothing has changed.

The alerts posted to the website will include EVERY detail you need to properly manage your positions, so that you have no confusion and there is no grey area. For example…

• Buy Alerts include the trade Symbol, Entry Price, Recommended Percentage of Portfolio, Stop Loss, and Target.
• Buy (Added) Alerts (when adding to an open position) include the trade Symbol, Entry Price, Average Price, Recommended Percentage of Portfolio, Stop Loss, and Target.
• Overnight Limit Order Alerts include trade Symbol, Entry Price, and Recommended Percentage of Portfolio.
• Sell Alerts include the trade Symbol, Entry date and price (may reflect the Average Price if the Pro Trader has added to the position over time), Exit date and price, Percentage of Profit or Loss.
• Short Alerts (Shorting, also known as short selling, is an investment method to make money over an asset’s price drop) include the trade Symbol, Entry Price, Recommended Percentage of Portfolio, Stop Loss, and Target.

It is up to you if you wish to enter the current open positions or wait for new alerts, but we would suggest only entering existing open positions if you can get a similar or better price entry as the Pro Trader.

As a new member, make sure to watch the member videos, follow every detail within the trade alerts, and take it slow! There is no need to rush, a new trade is always around the corner. The best thing to do is take it slow, watch the videos, follow the alerts and get ready!

Shorting (also known as short selling) is an investment method to make money when an asset’s price drops by selling at a high price and then buying it back at a lower price.

Covering a short is the term used for exiting a short trade. To cover you are actually buying back shares that were initially borrowed to sell short using buy to cover orders. Short covering can result in either a profit (if the asset is repurchased lower than where it was sold) or for a loss (if it is higher).

Gareth lives in the east coast time zone Eastern Time (ET), and usually sends alerts during the day time hours in that time zone. If you live in a different time zone, it is up to you if you want to keep your computer and/or phone notifications on and be alerted at the time the alerts are sent out or wait until you wake up (if you live in a time zone where you are typically sleeping during ET day time hours). Often times you can still get a similar or maybe even better entry or exit price as Gareth, but you take a risk of getting a different entry or exit price as him if you wait. That choice is up to you.

Gareth does not use leverage when trading crypto and he does not recommend members use it. Therefore, it is your choice if you’d like to use it.

You have to have a margin account and need to use “what is described as margin / leverage to short”. But using leverage in the real world, means you are using money you do not have. If you have 100k account and short 25k, you are not using money you don’t have, you have up to 100k in the account.
